My 23 stance E +2 will not let me select power settings after bike has been running 30 seconds . none of the buttons work . my bike hss 90 miles

Did you get an answer for this.? I have the same problem. Mine will start but stays in SA and shutsdown on its own.

@@renettabaxter7520 it was bad controller on handlebars. I been riding many times since and zero issues

@@renettabaxter7520 also on mine the old simple giant E BIKE control pad works fine . my bike shop said giant said try it on theyre universal . thats how we knew it was the controller. So if u have the old style bike just swap them in meantime
