brings back memories of taking my cat or rat to petsmart. my cat would sit in the cart like regal like. he was half maincoon, so he was about 22 pounds (not overweight according to vet) people couldn't get over the fact that he perfectly calm and very friendly. or my rat on my shoulder. she would sometimes hide in my hair only with her tail sticking out. once i was taking to her while she was hidden and an employee asked if i was okay. i said fine and held out my arm and she went down my arm to my hand. "i'm just talking to star. which treat you want?" she reached for the strawberry yogurt clips. "is he friendly?' "what kind of pet owner would i be if i brought an unfriendly pet here? yes, SHE loves people." fun times.

Savannah monitors are really good at tug-o-war....me, looking at my finger after my juvenile savvy grabbed my finger and wouldn't let go. Certainly would hold on harder but letting go? An hour later...still trying to death roll. Finally let go just in time for his vet appointment. He did the most dramatic multi-deathroll on a towel ever. Anyone know the PSI on a savvy? At least I can say I was the most interesting 911 call they had that day.

I have handled wild reptiles in need and an anole who comes to me like a dog but they make the call .. Could I just let it out of shipment box and use food to form friendly bond ? I dk I just get nervous with hissing and biting but I WANT ONE SOOOO BAD !! Any suggestions ❤and Simba is amazing

@@michaell.2744 been doing research ..seems as though is heavily debated but main reasons are: some believes it has the potential to harbors bacteria, fungus, and/or parasites, which could lead to respiratory infections, and i suppose other health risks. And rumor has it that some carpets are made with harmful chemicals such as Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs)...idk, my beardie seems fine and we talk all the time lol so if it aint broke i wont fix it, plus both of my beardies are rarely just chiln on the carpet ..usually on a log or hammock lounger net thing so yea
