Batangas province takes pride on Bulalo, halo halo in Digman - Cavite province, tuna in Socsargen, sisig in Pampanga, chicharon in Bulacan, Lechon, depends on your taste (it's all over), longanisa, Ilocos or Quezon province,

Next time you make a dipping sauce with soy sauce and calamansi, you should chop the chilis with a spoon or fork a bit, so the flavor of the chilis goes into the dip, instead of one big chili coming whole in your bites.

Tuna eyeballs... the cheapest cut of tuna, but in my town it's hard to get your hands on one because either the fish vendors keep it to themselves or someone has already bought it and made soup with it... it's my mom and brother's favorite part of the tuna, mine is the collar (grilled)

Streets are much cleaner than davao and road and highways are more wide, much better infrastructure in General Santos. General Santos has a lot to offer, and no beggars like Davao which is full of them.
