Pk 375g of fillo pastry
400g feta cheese
4 spoons of ricotta cheese
200g cottage cheese
4 eggs
300ml cream
100ml mineral water
📍please ajust amount to your cooking
Mix feta ricotta and cottage cheese
Add 3 whisked eggs
Mix nicely
Add oil in baking pan and add x3 sheets of pastry
Then add chicken mixture
Then 1-2 sheets and mixture
Continue till you use all mixture and sheets
Leave 3 for the top
📍make sure to oil each sheet or every second one.
Mix egg cream and mineral water and pour over the top.
Bake 45 min till golden brown
