It sounds great. But, there is a Murphy Lab 42 SJ about 1/2 hour from my house and it's something else. It's the greatest sounding, "new" acoustic I've ever heard. Some of the Murphy stuff must be heard to be believed. It's better than my (real) 54 SJ.
