I had a chance to play a double neck SG a few months ago. Fun to mess around with but not very practical/comfortable to play at all. Would never play one for more than one song.

Why because you can't afford it? These guitar sold as soon as they we're announced. I'm sure Gibson made a good amount of money off these guitars and I'm sure the people who bought them are stoked. that's the whole name of the game.

I like my Roland GR-55. It gives me 12 string Plus effects. Slash likes baseball bat necks 50s c shaped. Not for me. There are more ways than one not to have to wear one of these things. I bet they are 12 Plus grand.
