Jorge, the LPJ 🙈 they are so underestimated. I eventually bought one, man I can’t put it down, love it. I replaced the p90 with a Bare Knuckle P90, good God it improved it loads. Thanks for your video, love your playing 🙏🏻

😮 which one did you get? They have various ones. I'd love something dynamic that can channel Malcolm young/ Chuck Berry style rhythm, I know he played a stick hs filtertron but same one pickup vibe. I've always loved the tude p90s have as apposed to humbuckers which can sound more polite.

The responsiveness of the knobs come from the fact that, by only having one pickup, the magnetic force of the neck pickup, by not being present, make the strings more loose and the changes in volume and tone are more notorious.

Just wondering if you’ve played the 2015 LP Junior?, they came with the Robotic tuners, and can be changed out, the reason I ask is they come with the Slim taper neck, wondering if you notice a quality difference between those and the new ones. Thank you!

Great review. I have a Custom shop Murphy Lab heavy aged all black Les Paul Jr. You're absolutely right about the "Mojo" of this guitar.

also have you ever top wrapped the strings on it? i know they do on Les Pauls a lot just wonder if that's a thing for juniors as well?

Top wrap? It's a wrap around and the only way to string one is to top wrap it.

I've got 5 les paul juniors from 1987 to 2022 the 87 is lot better quality ,finish etc but all sound good .

I don't think that it's overpriced. Nitro finish, handwired and it comes with a hardcase... Also the model is a Gibson Classic...

I like 50’s fat baseball bat necks. My 335 ‘64 vos, and SG standard, are both chunkier necks, but, even though I have many “nicer” more expensive guitars Im blessed enough to play, for a blues rock xgen old guy. I absolutely love juniors. Love love love them. Just simple, get the job done work horse blues rock machines. It doesnt matter the genre. It gets you there. I grab it first and see if that doesnt do it. It usually does.
