680 g Baking Soda
28 g Cream of Tartar
28 g Kaolin Clay
28 g SLSA
425 g Citric Acid
14 g Grapeseed Oil (or oil of choice)
14 g Poly 80
14 g Witch Hazel (+ sprayer with extra)
37 g Fragrance (check manufaturer recommended %)
Mica or skin safe colorant of choice
Cream Pot Lotion:
8 oz Distilled Water (and or Aloe Vera juice)
.5 oz Mango butter
.72 oz Shea butter
.72 oz Cocoa butter
.5 oz Hempseed oil
1 oz Emulsifying Wax
.72 oz Stearic Acid
.05 oz Vit. E oil
Preservative of choice (follow manufacturers recommendations)
Fragrance or Essential oil of choice (follow recommendationsfor %)

I made your recipe for the pump lotion. It was so thick that it would not come through the pump. I realized that I didn’t make sure that the water phase and the oil phase was the same temperature 🤦🏽‍♀️ But the feel of it was very creamy.

I give gift sets for my kids' teachers. I'm going to have to buy this fragrance to try. I've been looking for a good bourbon scent. So the wax melt claw containers. I recently put soap in some for traveling. Soap nuggets. Surprisingly, they didn't melt the plastic. 🎉🎉

You can leave it out, and the bath bombs are great. They just won't make bubbles.

With the proper preservative, I suggest using within a year of making.

I don't take the temp at that point, I go by a simmer on the liquid and total melt on the butters. After they're mixed I take the temp before adding preservative, which should be under 140

You can use btms 50 for a bit, or a different emulsifier. If you change the formula, I suggest trying a small test batch to see how you like it.
