Hello, thanks for sharing these videos, I will tell you that I live in Venezuela and I have purchased a moped of the same model, another brand but in the end it is the same model. Here it is not limited in speed, here at least it reaches 40km / h which would be 25 mph. The question itself is, when the battery has been consumed by 50% at least the top or maximum speed is no longer 25mph, it drops to 22mph, does the same thing happen to you? that is, does the maximum speed drop with the loss of charge in the battery? correct as the battery loses charge, it loses voltage, lower voltage = slower speed. Higher voltage = Faster speed. 😎
