Hey Ben, I have a gigabyke groove v1 with a lead acid battery. When I charge it, the green light comes on and the charger shows full charge. However, as soon as I start riding, the battery level on the display goes to 0 and the bike stalls out for a second or two. Any ideas what this means? Thanks!

Wow, this bike looks so interesting. Unfortunately if you live outside of the US you are out of luck. Calculated shipping rate to Spain is 1250 USD!!!!! Yes, no joke! Plus customs duties I imagine. This is crazy ... and sad :(

There are similar models in Europe that look the same as the gigabyke. They are just rebranded. I can't remember the names of them, but I saw them when I was originally researching the gigabyke when it first came out.

Why does the rear rack look like it's bent way down on the blue v2, and not in line with the seat? Btw I'm a new subscriber to you channel, do you answer the questions or comments from your subscribers?

I found out later it had been bent in shipping (I thought it was a new design feature ;) - they shipped me a new replacement, quick and easy 5 min fix. Thanks for the sub!

For those in britain you will be unable to use this scooter. The maximum allowed motor is 250w and the max speed is 15.5 mph. Also unless the pedals can power it (without motor) you will need to be 16+ with a provisional license unlike the typical 14 for electric bikes. Be careful with products like these. The laws in Britain are quite outdated and as a result buying bikes is very difficult.
