Gil was right, you can’t say a random collection of international NBA stars thrown together would beat a random collection of US NBA stars thrown together. Each group would need time to gel. The group who does that quicker would win.

If we want to talk straight basketball Lebron clears Kd. Rashad talking about Lebron can't guard KD but he can guard him is stupid logic. Most of Lebron's best playoff series came against KD. Kevin Durant averages 31.7 points, 8.1 reb and 4.9 assists against Lebron in all 14 playoff games they played against each other and KD has won 9 of the 14. Lebron scored 31.9 points, 10.4 rebounds, and 9.1 assists against KD in those 14 games. So by looking at the stats Lebron scores more, gets way more assists, and gets more rebounds. In the 2017 playoffs, there is a video of KD vs Lebron every time they guarded each other one-on-one. Lebron had 12 defensive stops on 28 of his shot attempts, which means he stopped KD 42% in the 2017 playoffs. KD had 15 defensive stops on Lebron's 40 attempts, which means he stopped Lebron at 37% in the 2017 playoffs. So it's factually true Lebron can guard KD better than KD can guard Lebron. I would also like to remind you this is Lebron out of his defensive peak because on the Cavs he wasn't the same defender. So the worst defensive version of Lebron guarded KD well. Don't ever compare KD and Lebron because it's not a conversation even if we (roll the ball out). In a 1v1 I think Kd beats Lebron but in a 5v5 setting, Lebron clears. If the conversation was just scoring then KD had a way better argument because he is a better scorer at every spot except from the paint and post, But even then I can argue Lebron is still a 70-85% at the rim while still shooting above 35% from 3pt in many seasons while shooting over 45% in the mid-range in many seasons. So I would argue Lebron being the best finisher ever and being decent to great at every other spot on the court makes him a better scorer. Lebron also clears KD as a passer, playmaker, rebounder, and defender.
