This commercial should be in the Cleo Hall Of Fame. The Emmys Of Commercials. I remember seeing this Commercial and it was when I started reading GQ Magazine. A Father congratulating his Son on his New Marriage, Doing a Dance of either Greek or Jewish Heritage, getting Kudos at work, passing on a Family Heirloom to the "Next" Generation, A Son starting early rituals of manhood by wearing a suit, and coming his hair and even seeing Father Shave or even a Man showing his Emotions when he sees the Woman he loves greeting him from a Business Trip.

At the moment when women became Judas not only against their men but also against their sons and daughters, when women imposed that female promiscuity is empowerment, when getting jobs by cheating due to quota laws is fair, when that they lost empathy, that they rejected marriage and family, that they turned their sons into betas who hate their father, that they turned their daughters into psychopaths who love money, at the time that women preferred the privileges that gives them the state and they did not defend their men, sons and daughters, at this moment they sold us for 30 silver coins to the degenerate and corrupt elite. Evil triumphs when people fall into their greed, narcissism, pride, gluttony, envy, anger and laziness. Modern women fall into all these sins. Modern women will continue to remain silent about the abuse suffered by their sons, daughters, husbands, parents, brothers, friends, uncles, grandparents, because modern women hate women and all the good things that it means to be a woman.

@MJN_SEIFER6 жыл бұрын
I agree completely. The new advert didn't say any of that though, it simply said don't be a horrible man - being a man, including a manly masculine man is not the thing Gillette are saying is bad, they are saying that being a bad person is bad, and we shouldn't just excuse actually bad men by acting like it's "just a man thing." The advert is saying that as men, no matter how masculine we are, we are better than this. You can be the most manly man in the world, and still be a decent person - men and masculinity is not what is being shown as a fault, disrespectful behavior is. Bullying is not masculine, it is bullying.
@aseta.6 жыл бұрын
MJN SEIFER "we are better than this", than what?? Men looking theirself at the mirror wondering why they are so bad, why they are toxic. It's ridiculous, nobody can say that toxicity doesn't exist, but it's sad that a comercial spread a message attacking so freely. It's not a message defending the weaks ones. Never men or women, in general, have ignored bad behaviors. The new comercial doesn't show the world I see. There are bad people and always will be, but not because you are a men or a woman. I'm not an English speaker. I hope I had explained myself clear enough. Salute.

Well some women do but still!). This is the perfect example of how you brand something. You have a product that you wanna sell to every man on the planet and you come up with one of the most memorable slogans ever! You have a guy sing his ass off and the backing instruments sound more 80's than Erasure. Sports, picking up chicks, bros hanging out, a father and a son hugging at the sons wedding........... I loved this ad back then, and I still love it now. if anyone thinks there's anything toxic in this, they are looking way too hard to find something (like the people that find art on the floor of an art gallery, before realising they're looking at a spot where some kid puked on the floor). great ad made by the people at Gillette. the jingle is kinda inspirational.
