Hiya …!!! Thanks for your very informative video about the OSMO Pocket ….but I still fail to see if the OSMO can do a NORMAL TRIPOD type of movement like PAN AND TILT in normal video mode using points A , B, C ect . I mean filming like you would do with moving timelapses but shooting normal video like you would do if you were on a tripod manually tilting or panning but automatically using manual preset points A+B+C+ ECT …I hope I am making some sense here ….!!! Hi! It depends on the movement you want. But, usually we use the POV and Tilt Lock for Osmo Pocket.

I guess DJI Osmo Pocket has no built-in speaker. You need to connect Osmo Pocket to your android or ios phone to preview your video with sounds using DJI Mimo App.

Ok, what about the DJI osmo pocket mic adapter? Not only DJI charges you a premium for what is a cheap piece of plastic and makes it impossible to use a third party equivalent adapter but, at least outside of the USA this item is impossible to find. I even managed to buy it from a local reseller, I am in the UK, to be told the day before delivery (a good three weeks after I ordered it) that it was out of stock and would not be back in stock for another month at least. Furthermore, two-three days later, I received a stock reminder from DJI (as I had registered with their service before finding out that a UK reseller had one in stock) that the item was back in stock. Nevertheless, when I tried to buy it from their store (I received the reminder at 11.30pm and I saw the email only two hours later when I tried to buy it from their online store) I could not buy it and customer service told me that it was out of stock and tried to convince me to buy it from an American resellers for close to double its price (plus possible import tax by UK customs).

Great tips, thanks. To keep your phone connector safe, you can actually just keep it on the pocket...just slide it out, reverse it - and slide it back into position. That way it's where you need it, when you need it. It still fits in the carry case/holder with no problems.
