Ginger about 50g, sliced
Onion 1/2 sliced
Mung Bean Vermicelli 3 bunches
Cooking wine 100 ml
Broth mixture🌷 1:1
400ml chicken broth
400ml water
1/2 for cooking crabs
1/2 for cooking vermicelli
Sauce🌷
Water 250ml
Oyster sauce 4 tablespoonful
Corn starch 1 tablespoonful
Sugar 1 teaspoonful
