Ingredients:
Gingerbread Cookies
2 1/2 cups (10 5/8 oz/ 300 g) all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon ground ginger
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
3/4 cup (1 1/2 sticks / 6 oz / 170 g) butter, softened
3/4 cup (6 oz / 170 g) light brown sugar
1 egg
1/4 cup (3 oz / 85 g) molasses
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup (2 fl. oz / 60 ml) buttermilk
1/2 cup (4 fl. oz / 120 ml) water

I will definitely be making these! Thanks, as always! Update: Made 'em! I have avoided gingerbread recipes in the past because I don't like the spiciness of gingerbread, but this recipe offered a balanced flavor; the pies are yummy!
