Gingerman: Episode 176: Bo'ness 🚂

In this episode, I'm crossing the Queensferry bridge and heading out of Fife once again to explore the town of Bo'ness.
Every so often my Ginger beard is blown away by the incredible history and beauty that surrounds me and Bo'ness does not disappoint.

Interesting fact about the Hippodrome Cinema. It's the oldest surviving cinema in Scotland.

Great wee toon DB and worth going back to see Kinneil estate where Scotland’s oldest hillclimb occurs each year in September, and James Watt’s workshop, Roman time settlements, old Kinneil village, remnants of Antonine Wall etc? great walks there, the Hippodrome is Scotland’s oldest purpose built cinema and a great watch & over 100yrs old, the car museum is close to the railway and you can catch a trip on the train along to Kinneil 😊 💡

It's a wonderful town, quite a rare gem. I lived on Erngath Road for a few years. Still miss that wee cottage.

watched your Strathmiglo one, we bought a house there and are moving soon. you didn't walk past our new house but we did see it on you drone video. also the Falkland with east Lomond, that little river valley and the over hanging waterfall. thank you for filming places

Could have had a wee tour round all the flower beds looked after by Blooming Bo'ness as well, you nearly were quite close to some as you walked past the Bus station....
