My dad was just talking about this, he is a black belt in judo, tae kwondo and karate but he started training with wing chun and would do super fast punches whilst shadow boxing..but he overextended his punch one time and pulled his clavicle out of place lol he said it "was quite painful" thankfully chiropractors exist, so it was a fast and easy fix!

I like shadow boxing. about 20 years. my older cousin first joined martial arts when he was 9 and I was 7 in ninjutsu. but there is no way to defeat him until years later, I've improved so much keep in contact with him as my mentor how awesome he is. I pretty much surpass him and someday we will Spar each other after all these years got me pumped up.

The one who created tricking is taekwondo. they make an organization in 2001 called X treme martial art. what do you think Aaron ?
