I think the deepest part will be the zenith point so the first touch in gingivectomy was the deepest part (zenith point)determine by probe and he used it to retract the tissue and make a gap after anesthesiaś fluid retraction

I believe it is a different type of anomaly to have excess amount of alveolar bone formation incisally, not related to having a gummy smile.

But gingivectomy isn't done this way, where's your biological width, this isn't easy like that, you just can't reduce the gingiva and do crown lengthening like that, you have to reduce bone as well, by that way you gonna maintain the biological width i.e 3mm
