Without a doubt the best step teacher in the World. I am so very lucky to have trained with Gin at the start of my career. Logical, invigorating, but attainable step patterns. Amaaaaazing x

There is nothing that works you out like a great step program. I've recently returned to Gin Miller's workouts, and within only a few weeks am seeing dramatic improvement in endurance. Thanks so much, Gin, for these workouts.

OMG! I own the VCR tape copy of this that I used about 22 years ago to get back into exercise after having my babies. Well, babies are college graduates now and I missed doing some step so did a search on youtube and came up with this one. This was and still is an awesome workout. Thanks Gin!

The 1992 original step rebok is still my favourite workout. Just watched this for the first time, and by the end I was breathless...just watching it. Gin you're like an endless energy rocket! I'm doing this in the morning, cannot wait to try it. Thanks 😊💚

I remember Gin Miller from the 80’s when it all started. Have been in love with Step since. So glad to see it back. Very good video. Thank you Gin.

Omg this brings back so many memories of the late 80s and early 90s workouts where it was thought the more fast and complicated, the better. So stupid. Meanwhile Gin Miller whom I love has step workouts on KZbin that are fabulous and geared toward normal people and I love them.

I used to LOVE this workout! I really liked how on most workout DVD's they just glisten, but not here! They're in pain and it shows!

The choreography is for an exhibition but not for a class. Even if this is an advance step, many of it's routine is injury prone esp.the jumping jack with a jump plus too many repeatitions without resting the legs is dangerous and not just hard. Do this in class and surely trouble with the joints will happen. We as teachers should teach wellness that is safe and not punishment.
