Gin, thank you so much for posting this! My VHS tape was finally eaten by my VCR (which is now also dead!) and I’ve loved this workout for what has to be around 30 years. You and your videos have helped me through the various rough patches in my life and have enabled me to fully enjoy the good ones though health and fitness. For me Gin Miller and Kelli Roberts were the very best Step Instructors! I particularly enjoyed the routines where the choreography wasn’t too complicated or Dance like, but more repetitive and that made it much more Intense! Plus I’ve noticed that today’s Step Classes are using music that is just too fast, especially if you’re on the second Riser of the Step!! But maybe that’s why in the more recent Step classes nobody’s using the 2nd or 3rd Riser, there either completely flat or just on the 1st level?? I’m a fan of the old School Step classes…..
