My brother has been taking care of me since my diagnosis of stage 4 liver cirrhosis and this is the first year he is claiming the EIC, Dependent credit, and we are so nervous because it means so much of a difference for us both, giving him and I a little breathing room with the anticipated refund. 21 days for direct depost, unless you claimed the EITC of ACTC tax credits then it won't be until around March 3

They are verifying something on your return, when you see 571 or 572 added, they are done with their checks

What’s 810 code mean?

From the master code PDF document in the video description, 810 is a temporary refund freeze, which from my understanding should mean if you have anything owed (back taxes, child support, etc) then this will be present while they credit those offsets. This could also be applied if the IRS needs to check/verify something you claimed in your return. It will lift once they have completed this.

Hi! If you didn't claim the EITC nor ACTC credits then your refund should come within 21 days. If not, the IRS will start processing/sending EITC/ACTC refund by March 3
