THE ONLY other person I would do it for is my OG BFF and then I'm done. Its alot of work!! You have to go to all the dress appts, crafts, bridal shower planning, party, set up, wedding, reception, speaches, doing everything for bride, then you have to clean up the reception! At least for most ppl who can't afford party planners, etc! I got one more wedding left n then I'm retiring my bridesmaids cap!!

I am not trying to be shady or anything like that, but I think they need to address whoever does Loni's makeup. She is such a beautiful dark skinned woman and this is not the first time they have given her the wrong shade of foundation/concealer. It seems as if the darker skinned you are the less they have your shade or know how to do your make-up, I say this from personal experience as I am dark skinned and it has happened with make-up artists. They need to change this, we are in 2019.

I was the MOH for my sister's wedding earlier this year, and I swear after that I will never be an MOH for anyone ever again! I love my sis, but tbh she was a total bridezilla. Even though the bridesmaids had to pay for their own nails to get done, and her mom and mother- in- law had to pay for their own, she tried to demand that no one was allowed to get french tip on their nails but her (this was only one demand amongst other things). I get it, it's your day hun but you can't demand that no one get french tips but you if you aren't paying for it. After that experience, I'd rather just be a regular bridesmaid so I don't have to deal with all the stress.

I think all of them are missing the point . There's a stigma surrounding being the perpetual, unfortunate bridesmaid . When couples start pairing up to dance at weddings and you're the ONLY one without a partner, folks tend to pity you . You see it in their eyes, especially as they're passing you . " Isn't it sad that she's the only one here who doesn't have anybody ?" That sort of thing .

I don't get this. What does cosmetology have to do with domestic violence? Wouldn't this new law have to apply to a lot of different careers besides cosmetologists? Also, what difference is saying something going to make when the woman isn't ready to leave and defends the abuser? I don't like getting inbetween people's relationships. If she isn't ready to say something and leave, that's her choice. If she needs help, then I'll be a superhero and get you out. Besides that, I'm minding my own damn business.
