This is just me: Whenever I meet a new guy, I automatically treat him as just a friend. I try not to crush over a guy just cuz he’s cute until I get to know them. I try to get to know them as friends to see if there can potentially be something there later on. Some people are better off just as friends. If I find out he likes some other girl, I’m automatically not interested, heck I’ll even be his wing girl 😂 I’m genuinely their friend, and on some occasions that has gotten them interested in me, and by then I’ve gotten to know them enough to know if they’ll a good partner or not. I think this has worked (for me at least) because they get to know YOU. They’ll get to know and love you for YOU. Sorry if this went off the topic but I just wanted to share 😅🤷🏽‍♀️

If the guy likes me and I like him, then I'm open and he knows it because I've confirmed it with him by communication. If he's interested in me and I'm not interested in him, then I'll let him know kindly but directly. I didn't date to just date ever. I dated for the purpose of marriage and I would let the guy know. Is what you are saying is that it must be exhausting or nerve racking to think that after every time you have sex you might get pregnant? On one hand, probably not. Because when people are not preventing it actually means they are trying. In that they want a baby, but they arent having sex just to make a baby. Like some people schedule sex and do all sorts of thing just to increase the chances having a baby. Just removing birth control is one way of trying for a baby but it is just doing the bare minimum. I think it's normal to feel disappointed. You get hopes. I wanted a baby girl SO bad that I cried when I found out it was a boy. I kept saying throughout how bummed I was. But my son is my angel, and I wouldn't trade him for a girl now. As long as your attitude changes once that baby is born and their sex doesn't affect how you treat them... I think sometimes what comes off as 'pride' is actual our insecurities. Adrienne has spoken before about how prideful she is and I can see that she might go for guys that already like her because she won't have to deal with rejection. I do relate to her but I'm trying to become more like Jeannie. Go for what you want and be yourself. IF you get rejected that's fine, at least you tried. Also, sometimes when you do get rejected by the person you wanted, you realize that you didn't really like them but maybe what they represented. Get out of your comfort zone.

Women should not have to pursue a man, if she has to be in that position in the first place he doesn't truly want her and she will get her feelings hurt. Men are supposed to approach and court the woman, and she decides if she likes him or not, at the end of the day for a heterosexual relationship to work the man has to like the woman more than she likes him.
