I have endured abuse and neglect for more than 20 years growing up until I finally made the escape for good. This video is giving me all the information that my mother/parent/guardian should have taught me growing up. Thank you so much for sharing this information since a normal person may find it obvious; however, those with dysfunctional abusive upbringing often lack even the basic knowledge of how to incorporate such habits as part of their daily routine. Apple cider vinegar, tea tree oil, lemons, baking soda, etc I use these items all over my body from head to toe, sometimes as a mixture. My favourite Queen, Dr. Nina coming to get us together. I needed this video. I started detoxing my underarms March 2020 (using Kopari detox mask that my face hated, but I am too cheap to toss it) so that I won't have to depend on deodorant. Three years ago, I detoxed and started using Type A deodorant which is a great natural brand without the aluminum. But now, I am trying to get off of deodorant. Currently, I am having an 80% success rate. I never saw this dial soap, I use the gold dial body wash. It used to be antibacterial. I will definitely look for the blue one.
