Another lovely vlog. Yellow suits you my love. You would think the flowers from your arrangements were from a florist. I think Emily’s was my fav but they were all so pretty. Such a great girly activity to do. I’ve had sweet peas bloom for about a week now but more and more are coming out. I’m definitely trying peonies next year to grow. There’s nothing better for your mind, body and soul to spend hours in the garden. The Best therapy and tonic and it’s a free activity. I'm not someone who likes to do high intensity workouts so I just usually do some walking and light weights at home, anyway I say all of that to tell you I have been doing the arm/shoulder workout you showed in your last video. Nothing I have usually done works my lats very well except the set you showed. I'm excited since I'm not a naturally strong person and over 40 my muscles seem to atrophy very quickly these days. Just trying to stave off the aging process as naturally and as long as possible. Lol x

I do question the amount of technology around in peoples homes these days re impact of radiation levels and effect of multiple electrical appliances. It’s just good to be aware and whether we really need a machine to measure if we had enough sleep when the machines might actually be affecting our ability to get enough sleep…..
