It’s gonna seem random out of context without watching full episodes but South Park is actually very clever at poking fun of the political and social climate. It’s the major reason that the show is still going strong after decades similar to family guy but very different in execution and how vulgar and honest it can be to prove its point at times. Take away some of the shock value and some of the truths and predictions made by the show have been insane.
