So it's not exactly a case of "poor guy it hurts more for him...". The pain level depend not only of thickness of hair but also the way it's pulled out, the sensitivity to pain of a person and the area (it's worse in areas where the skin isn't all stretched). It will hurt way more if you pull it in the direction of hair growth for example. In this case it will hurt way more not because of the type and quantity of hair but because of they he had to pull it off and the area. Of course if the hair is thin or weak it's easier and hurts less.
