Tbh I liked Dave from the jump so I wasn’t surprised when he did well. He really seems friendly and outgoing and warm, even with the guys. I can’t see that ever really being a bad thing for the aspiring rizzler to incorporate.

Errol is at the top because he knows that you can't just appear out of nowhere and drop your opinions on someone. First you need to make a person the willing participant in the conversation. Lee, for example, did not use the english major at all and started his band questions even when was met with a brick wall. The other lower guys similarily just started talking without course-correcting based on the responses. Dave was way too intense but he actually picked up on the info he was given and had a proper conversation.
