Dude this happened to me on a train. Was sitting on a little 3 seater on the right. Someone with probably autism sat down right next to me in the middle, instead of the side, so we would have had a little space. He just sat there with his bag on the lap and his shoulders pressing on mine his bag also laying on my knees, while there was more space on the side.
