It's safe on shoulders if you've cleared yourself for the range. It's definitely not a beginner movement and you need good shoulder function and range of motion first.

Perfectly fine for elbows as long as you have good range of motion and strength through the shoulders. And, of course, keep good technical execution of the movement 💪
