I Love your recipies! I lost my mother in the year 2000. 3 years before I got married. She was an amazing cook. From samosa, to usal, to manchurian, she made it all at home. She used stone grinder for her masala and chutney. I could not learn much from her as I was studying that time. But you are adorable and the warmth I feel from you is like my own mother. Now, I make dishes everyday by following your recipes. Thank you so much for your initiative and channel! Love and Respect!🙏🙏🙏

Just a question or a doubt or a query. Anyways. Long time back I had soaked these pulses and tied in a cloth but after sprouting like I kept it in the clothe for like 10 hrs or so and there was a smell. So after that I stopped doing it. Can you pls advise on this. Any idea why this is happening. I wud always make salads with it but Cox of the smell even after washing was very strong. Thanks for the recipe though You seem to be a very adventurous lady and still young at heart. Noticed that when u made the curd puri. Your face just lit up. Lovely. That made my day. God bless

Drain the soaked seeds & transfer on to the cloth to remove excess water. Later transfer to the vessel with lid or sprouting dish. It will stay longer upto 10 days also

The easiest way we sprout moong...after soaking for a whole day eveing draining out d water completely...keep a air tight lid on d vessel where d moong is drained whole night...by morning ...tiny sprouts appear...if you need longer sorouts keep out for a longer time ...closed lid...dats it ..den we transfer in d refrigerator & use as wen required
