Very informative, well done for investigating and passing on. Thanks mate. Incidenty I worked for a few months in a frantoio.. With a mechanical press, was in the 80s, no donkeys 😂😂

You are to young 😄😄 Me, I never worked in a frantoio, but I have horrible memories of collecting olives when I was 6/7/8 I think and then dropping them off with my father, I do remember the donkeys and the bulls, I’m old 🙏⭐️

I personally believe that preserving and educating would be sufficient. Everything ages and deteriorates, I’m not so much for restoration in this case, but I rather say preservation. We can all do our part, by celebrating our past, our heritage, our beginning ⭐️⭐️

I thing it is the best video so far. Make me feel the urge to see this town. I understand a Little bit more the architecture of the houses you renovated. All the voltins in the appartement I always see it the continuation of a churche. My house is a Little churche. Like you finished the video with a meal. What the grounds produce generate a restaurant to make the truffe a star. Love you ❤❤❤❤
