@@tannersrdr2clips432 Yeah. That reminds me: I’ve heard before that the dialogue lines in Oblivion were given to the voice actors/actresses alphabetically and with zero context. In New Vegas and Oblivion, the bad voice acting was mainly the voice directors’ fault. It’s their entire job to get a decent performance out of the voice talents, after all.

Potentially the Outer Vegas was late stage development area and they were planning to add more animations to probably all NPC's. This is just beta version of said animations, had devs had more time, they'd probably update all other NPCs

Why the creepiest NPC interactions are the ones where the NPC actually gestures? Like the oblivion who asks about doing it with the dead averts your gaze Most Oblivion/Fallout npcs will just calmly look with a neutral expression and unarmed hands down saying "you're disgusting I hate you gimme $200".

Same you can give dementia to Fisto in the Wrangler. After you hire him for 10 caps, go to your room and let him finish. And then talk to him and choose the second option like "maybe next time" and each time he is going to give you 10 caps. You can do it endlessly but i guess only untill he leaves the room

If you talk with the in Front of the strip gate you can get infinite XP. Sometimes you don't even have to try. You have to activate the AW quest to recruit prostitutes.

This is the best way to get two perks in the game if you have high karma basically when you reach level 50 you get the option of picking between three last perks, which are the strongest ones in the game. I forgot what the other two do but the neutral karma one gives you a 50% bonus on critical hits, all three of them make you immune to critical hits as well so it’s a very essential you have your karma at a certain level when you’re going to pick depending on your play style
