One of those students said the world is becoming less violent he's clearly not living in reality

@Zachary D. the 20th century has caused more deaths than the previous 19 centuries put together. As the stock pile of weapons grew death grew. Evil and sin is a serious disease we all have within us. Jesus is the the doctor with the cure. If we are talking about more basic sins like theft and things like that the only reason I believe those are lower if the stats show that it is because of cameras everywhere. It makes people stop and think before committing more crimes.

It's comical how college students think they are modern day Plato's/Newton/Socrate's and reach their rebellious heights upon leaving home for college, only to have the world beat them down with reality a few years later(if they graduate). Shows the failure of parenting across this country. This angry little kid at 10:35 is mad at his parents

Deuteronomy 6:6-9 6 And these words, which I command thee this day, shall be in thine heart: 7 And thou shalt teach them diligently unto thy children, and shalt talk of them when thou sittest in thine house, and when thou walkest by the way, and when thou liest down, and when thou risest up. 8 And thou shalt bind them for a sign upon thine hand, and they shall be as frontlets between thine eyes. 9 And thou shalt write them upon the posts of thy house, and on thy gates. Deuteronomy 11:18-20 18 Therefore shall ye lay up these my words in your heart and in your soul, and bind them for a sign upon your hand, that they may be as frontlets between your eyes. 19 And ye shall teach them your children, speaking of them when thou sittest in thine house, and when thou walkest by the way, when thou liest down, and when thou risest up. 20 And thou shalt write them upon the door posts of thine house, and upon thy gates:

Yes! I waited a whole month for another video. Thank you brother Cliffe, God bless you and your ministry :) Curious to know if you have any FAQ either email or social media? I do have a ton of questions but keeping it real. P.S I forgot to comment, I do really enjoy non-believers such as atheists/agnostic who genuinely ask questions of our Christian faith especially when GOD had to wipe out sodom and gomorrah. These people I truly respect despite our differences in worldviews. I believe sodom and gomorrah was definitely a hybrid clan mixed with demons/humans who were very wicked in the eyes of the Lord, the adversary (satan) was trying to destroy the bloodline of King David to Jesus Christ. Bravo Cliffe, I have added you among our top Christian apologist of the century. I am so blessed to witness this in my 30s. I continue to thank our Lord and Savior for our Christian men of Faith who are delivery the living Jesus Christ to this dying world. Kind regards.

I wonder if the technology guy has gone back today to see what he said and then see 2 billion in destruction this last year and the growing hate in our country. The destruction of the moral fabric God introduced is causing more division and violence as time goes. Also technology is decreasing empathy in our society as time goes. We need person to person contact, and person to person relationships, and person to person love.

It's only a waste if Cliffe doesn't get to give the gospel to these students. Objectives matter. In this case, I think he helps Cliffe more than hurts. Second point. If he hears this over & over with every question answered, the odds of him or someone in the crowd accepting Christ is higher. This is also very good. Third point. When he reaches the end, he ends up giving Cliffe exactly what the truth is about himself. Cliffe makes a very sound point that kid won't forget soon. What he does with that will determine his eternity. At least he has a chance. We aren't here to win, just convert. I hope to see him in heaven. God Bless.

Here's a big problem with the lower rate of murders as an indicator of increased human civility and progress: If medical technology was the same today as in 1960, the number of murder rate would be 5 times higher. So murder rates being lower is due to medical progress, not due to increased civility and compassion -- and CERTAINLY not due to lack of effort on the part of the killers.

20:30 This person’s view on ethical progress doesn’t align with the reality of the 20th century which by the way was the bloodiest century in history. To suggest that we are on a steady path of ethical evolution is absurd. Any perceived improvement from the 20th century onward is fragile and temporary, as we now seem to be entering another tragic era.

I love Jesus and appreciate Cliff. However I respectfully disagree with his presentation of Monism. It’s way more deeper than that as he’s describing monism from physical level of dualism. But again does it really matter. It’s all good fun and wordplay i guess as long as we love Jesus with all of our heart and love others 9:44 . ❤ thank you 🙏

Ryans problem is he does not understand what faith is, pop atheism has twisted the word faith to mean believing in the impossible blindly not believing is something due to evidence.

These are supposed to be pursuers of higher learning and yet it's obvious that they cannot think critically and logically i.e their BLIND FAITH is enormous! Doesn't Ryan know that with one push of a button our whole earth can be destroyed? The arguments against Christ today have become so silly and I say silly because it seems to me to be appropriate for the child like level of the reasoning I am witnessing. It's scary actually.

God is allowed to judge unrighteousness because He created the universe. God is in charge, not us. Jesus Christ is going to come back and judge us all. The length of the time of a religion doesn’t make it more valid than other religions because sin has been around since Adam and Eve.
@derekardito20328 ай бұрын
No actual evidence of Adam and Eve existing, none of creation, a creator ,a first cause, a causator, a prime mover or the need for one, not a scintilla of evidence of any heaven or hell existing, not one iota of evidence of a life after death, not one sourced, verified and corroborated account record of any Jesus ever existing by any known to have existed persons by that same criteria, all religions are man created, as are the gods in them their gullible followers worship, in the history of mankind not one believer of gods has been successful in proving their claimed god exist, every arguement from Paley's to Pascal's, ID to ontological and every arguement put forward in between has been discreditted, yet still apologist use them, not to convert any one but to hold on to their shrinking gullible ,brainwashed followers

I think Cliffe has a naive view of morality and pantheism and panentheism. Although it would be absurd to think that murder and abuse is wrong if you look the way Cliffe looks at in pantheism and panentheism however there are different ways in which moraity can be accounted for in these views. a) By murdering, the part of the God that is murdering is not inconsistent with his God nature. Hence it is wrong. b) By murdering a part of God, he is doing wrong, even though he himself be a part of God. c) Morality is not judged wholly by victims and perperators but also actions.

In Answer to the title of the video Q: Are men and women animals? Essentially yes, we are. It may seem as if we are separate from the rest of the animal kingdom, but there is a wealth of evidence to say that we are indeed animals, albeit highly evolved ones with an incredibly powerful brain which is probably the biggest thing which sets us apart from other animals, we have that ability to think and to reason far beyond what other animals are capable of.

+bonnie43uk It's interesting, that you claim that we are animals yet you also defined us as human beings. Not lion-beings, dog-beings, whale-beings. I would like to know this wealth of evidence you have.
@bonnie43uk8 жыл бұрын
jrc99us Hi jrc, always good to hear from you. Yes, indeed we are essentially animals, we share a common ancestor with apes and chimpanzee's, this is pretty much common knowledge in areas of science such as anatomy, biology, anthropology, zoology, just type in 'human being' or 'homo sapiens' into google and you will see more detailed information about this on hundreds of web pages that would take you more than a week to read. eg: I just typed in homo sapiens, and Google came up with well over 15 million pages.. how long would it take an average person to read all that?, we are probably talking years. So yes, i would call that a wealth of evidence. And of course, you don't have to accept any of it as credible proof, you can do your own research and publish your own papers for peer review if you so wish. DNA analysis also confirms our origins, all humans initially came from a certain district of Africa, from there, we spread all over the globe over hundreds of thousands of years. It's an amazing story.
@bonnie43uk8 жыл бұрын
***** It's a little more complicated than that Armando, type 'animal' into google and check out a few scientific websites. Wikipedia is a good starting point, they have an extensive page on animals origins, etymology and so on. It's all fascinating stuff my friend.
