My mom left poison mushrooms out in a Gatorade bottle and I drank some, thinking it was a treat but immediately regretting it I started praying. I told my mom and she said I'd die, I was so scared. But I ignored it and kept praying, I got my heart opened, instead of the devil being able to torment me, He showed me what I truly had in my heart. I thought I couldn't forgive my mom for what she did to me as a child, God showed me the true desires I have. I did not hate her, I loved her so much more than anyone could see. I loved Jesus, I loved God, Judas, etc. I was not created for hate there is no ability for me to hate when I'm following Him. I was so happy that I could have so much love because I followed God. I stayed up all day and night, without even realizing and I just kept telling my family over and over about Jesus/God, and texting my husband about God and how in love I am with him, thankful we have a relationship with God, that we love Jesus etc. And then God told me, "you will live" I just knew He was keeping me safe the entire time. A little bit of faith is enough for you to hear Him. God literally saved me. I cried in the shower, begging to let me serve Him for a little longer I just want to make a difference to someone. I think it's beautiful that He saved some teen girl who wanted to devote her future family to Him, and tell everyone about how scared she was being in the shower begging God like a vulnerable child. (I really was) It was so amazing to know He loved me so much to tell me I will be okay. I am so happy there's suffering, because if I didn't suffer and He didn't save me I wouldn't realize how deep His love was for me. He is so wonderful and makes the most out of it for you.

@@iezzif hi Frank, you say you " learned more watching 4 episodes of Cliffe than sitting in church for 40 years". Better late than never right! Lol. That seems like an indictment on that church you were in..and perhaps to an extent it is. That happens. What I found to be true in my own life was that having a boatload of "answers" handed to me about God or about His bible didn't mean anything to me as long as I didn't previously have "questions" and curiosities for those answers to mesh gears with. I hope that makes sense. And I think thats kinda how it is for all of us. Not to get too simple but its like telling someone the answer is "4" but if that person doesn't have any desire to know and or doesn't care to know what 2+2 is ..then telling me "4" is kinda meaningless. Im guessing at some point you began to form questions about God and or His bible...maybe lots of them... and a spiritually gifted guy like Cliffe comes along and starts rattling off the answers to your subconsciously formed questions and bingo! its a MATCH! A Barber's Story: Does God Exist? A man went to a barber shop to have his hair and his beard cut as always. He started to have a good conversation with the barber who attended him. They talked about so many things and various subjects. Suddenly, they touched the subject of God. The barber said: "Look man, I don't believe that God exists as you say." "Why do you say that?" asked the client. "Well, it's so easy, you just have to go out in the street to realize that God does not exist. Oh, tell me, if God existed, would there be so many sick people? Would there be abandoned children? If God existed, there would be no suffering nor pain. I can't think of loving a God who permits all of these things." The client stopped for a moment thinking, but he didn't want to respond as to cause an argument. The barber finished his job and the client went out of the shop. Just after he left the barber shop he saw a man in the street with a long hair and beard (it seems that it had been a long time since he had his cut and he looked so untidy). Then the client again entered the barber shop and he said to the barber, "You know what? Barbers do not exist." "How can you say they don't exist?" asked the barber. "Well I am here and I am a barber." "No!" the client exclaimed. "They don't exist because if they did there would be no people with long hair and a beard like that man who walks in the street." "Ah, barbers do exist, what happens is that people do not come to me." "Exactly!"- affirmed the client. "That's the point. God does exist, what happens is people don't go to Him and do not look for Him. That's why there's so much pain and suffering in the world."

Absolutely not true. True love for God is faith in HIS redemption through His Son (which is GIVEN as a GIFT FROM GOD). Without this redemptive gift, your so-called "love" for God is a lie and has ZERO bearing on a so-called personal "choice" to choose evil OR good which you do not understand is SOVEREIGNLY DECIDED. My answer to the question written in the title is this. The reason why there is so much pain and suffering is because the ones experiencing the pain and suffering have rejected the only one who can heal them from both. The irony is that while pain and suffering was caused by Adam through his sin, the Messiah helps us by healing us first and then learning how to live in spite of the pain and suffering around us, and then become a witness to show others how to overcome the pain and suffering.

Here’s how I see it, God made us with free will and in doing that there’s an opportunity for sin, he didn’t create it but he allows it as a path from our choices. Same thing when people ask why doesn’t God just show up and prove he is who he says he is. If he did that you’d be overcome by his glory and not really have a choice.

When we tell God to get lost or bug off (however you want to put it) he doesn’t just leave us be because he’s no puppet master or manipulator, he also takes his characteristics/attributes along with him, such as goodness, grace, mercy, love, respect etc this is the reason hell is such a desolate, isolated, evil and lonely place because God isn’t there, people end up there because they want nothing to do with God, and how can someone who can’t stand God here on earth inherit Gods kingdom and dwell with him there in eternity think about it, it’s also why the world is in such perfect order and control because God is a God of order BUT you have people here on earth who reject him and because he’s not going to violate your will your life will reflect his absence (disease, death, etc)because of your not following God your following your own will and fleshly desires which is sin and the wages of sin is death, hope this helped someone understand a lil better - God bless

Remember when you were a small child and about to do something wrong, but you felt that little tug at your heart that told you "NO"? That was the spirit trying to guide you... Or when you were older and trying to figure out something difficult but you just couldn't and finally it occurs to you, so as to make you say "oh yeah! Why didn't i think of that before?" - because HE just gave it to you. We say that because it seems so simple when the answer is perfect. That's how we know what comes from our Father, by it's perfection. When we don't listen we say things like "something was telling me" or "i had a gut feeling" but really this is how God communicates with every life form. Remember what Jesus said, "consider the birds of the field, they neither reap nor sow yet our Father feeds them" and HE can cause them to see a worm in the grass from the highest treetops. How much more can HE cause us to see? How much more important are we than the birds? When we get a big flow of information/understanding, we call it an "epiphany" and it can change your whole life. Learn to clear your mind. Learn your types of thoughts. Don't give any time to negative thoughts or thoughts that don't help you. "The Spirit is the true teacher" and as long as you're wrapped up in the world, you'll never hear HIM. ❤️🙏

Of all the "intellectual" arguments for Christ as the begotten Son of God, none is more powerful than the death of the apostles. A person may (as have others throughout history) have died for an erroneous belief. But they were witnesses. They lived with Jesus. They KNOW if what they wrote is true or is false because they SAW it. They proclaimed Jesus as God. They did so and did not become rich or to gain friends or to get hot women. They did become "famous" but many of their writings admitted their personal flaws, which is statement against interest for becoming "admired historical figures". All they needed to do is state that Jesus was NOT God and they would have avoided being murdered (martyred). But knowing Christ, they refused to deny Him and were executed for it. They died testifying to their knowledge when a simple denial of truth would have meant they get to live. No man would knowingly die for a lie. Powerful stuff.
