For those of you old enough to remember 1997 when Charles Woodson winning the Heisman over Peyton Manning. If you were making the argument then that only QBs should win the Heisman, then you better still be making that same argument today! I'm all for the Heisman Trophy going to the best overall player. However, I can't honestly say Travis Hunter is the best overall player in college football. Yes he plays both ways! Yes he impacts the ball on both offense and defense. But there's two things he's missing that Woodson had: 1) Defensive TDs! And 2) Special Teams TDs! Ntm, he's not playing in any BIG games! Those three minuses from his resume IMO should keep him from winning it. Woodson did all those things and did them in BIG games on a national stage! Without that, I can't honestly say he's the best player in NCAA.
