Very simply. Do these steps. I don't understand your question. Everything she mentioned can easily be purchased at any dollar store or department store. That entire explanation can cost the average consumer about $20-$25. Not expensive at all, seeing as everything will last more than just one use. I do this process on a weekly basis right here on the couch watching The Golden Girls. Really comforting and relaxing.
