I love this!! I made my own mask and exfoliator! Mask = 2 tbsp milk + 1 tbsp honey whisk until cream like consistency and exfoliator = 2 tsp sugar, 1 tsp honey + 1 tsp lemon juice, works really well!

It's actually preferable. Using the cold water after the warm water helps to close your pores back up and the contrast is great for your circulation.

you can make your own by adding a little bit of sugar to your regular cleanser, or using sugar and a little bit of water as a natural exfoliant

i use nutragina salacylic acid and 1nc or twice a week use the scrub while im in the shower the scrub makes ur face feel niiicceee nd soft but i usualy always wash my face in the shower where its realy hot nd steamy and gives ur face a deep clean but alot of moisturizers cause decongestion

Actually, enzmes have long replaced "scrubs" or exfoliants with particles, because they discovered microscopic tears that were compromising the texture and integrity of the skin over a very short period of time. Enzyme based exfoliants are far superior and more natural. Kiehl's Papaya Scrub is the easiest to find...
