I was raised Catholic and as I got older I lost faith. Then when my Mom was in the hospital and I was making all her decisions about health. I really did some self reflection. I also really thought about how my Mom could be so at peace with 1. Me making her decisions and 2. At peace with just going home to die. It wasn't just because she knew me, knew I would always stand and fight for her but she was at peace with GOD. Then I found myself falling back into my raising. That is how I came to faith

Lala, when you started speaking on feeling Alpha & wanting a man who makes you feel safe enough to drop the heavy armour- I felt that. I was married for 15 years to a passive, beta-boy who never strapped in for anything, causing me to step up and fill that gap. For years, I was branded as controlling, disrespectful, aggressive… He cheated on me- we divorced- and I’m engaged to an Alpha man now. Rough adjustment because birds-eye view reveals I picked men I could control to control heartbreak risk. Even though Alpha men’s strength & protective nature cause strong women to feel safe enough to be feminine- I fought against it in fear of him being able to crush me. But the truth is- the beta’s cause broken hearts, sneak the messages, compromise the morals, & flex the gym selfie because they’re weak- and weak is never safe. Having a balanced relationship where the man is Alpha, giving you the freedom to relax in your feminine vibe because he’s got you- feels risky at first if you’ve never had it. It requires insane trust & vulnerability- but it’s the only way to go

Nonnegotiable and dealbreakers in my opinion don’t matter if you have the core aspect of a relationship which is respect everything else will fall into place if you have different beliefs if you feel a certain way about something and they don’t if they respect you the behaviors you need will fall into place people need to throw their lists away. It makes it impossible to meet somebody you need to just meet somebody that shows you unequivocal respect that’s it.

THANK YOU SO MUCH for speaking out against animals in captivity and used for entertainment!! I agree that many are ignorant to it. Sadly, many still won’t hear the truth and make change, but the more we speak out, the better the chances are to EDUCATE. ❤️❤️❤️

What a wonderful way to handle your differences. It takes special people to be able to keep a close friendship when the partner part fails, & another special person to support the friendship between their partner's ex. I wish I could provide a fraction of that supportive relationship for my son. It hurts our kids when their parents can't stay kind to each other.

I was just typing into the comments to watch Blackfish when you said it! It is so sad. I couldn't stop thinking about it. If someone watches this and has no change of heart, they are dead to me!

The difference between cats and dogs is; cats have boundaries and will only be cuddly and lovey with you if you have shown them they can trust you. So you have to work a lot harder for their love. If a person says they don't like cats (specifically) because their not affectionate then run! That person is a whole ass red flag with no patience or understanding! All people should be dog people cuz dogs love everyone so if anyone for any reason says they don't like dogs, Run!!

Easton tryin to share his desire to also feel feminine… and sick of being alpha just coming home and being able to “take the hard hat off” wanting to be coddled and his big sister can’t hear it .. he’s so patient and then Lala goes “we’re saying the same thing” beautiful beautiful sibling moment makes me miss my little brother I love it

It’s funny my husband and I have different political/religious beliefs. We don’t talk about it all the time. We can listen and understand. We have 2 kids and we didn’t have conflicting parenting styles. Marriage in general is a lot of compromising and coming to agreements.

I just had to end a 23yr friendship. It was becoming extremely draining and one side in and I feel like she was just using me for money which after my mom died I was in a Financial bowl and I couldn’t even get her to pay me back $40 not even $40 to help me keep my fucking lights on.

Poor Easton lol they didn’t catch his point and it was all fun and games but in reality the relationship should be a safe heaven for both parties to be able to relax, rely on their partner when needed and not have it be viewed through these narrow gender roles but more as the human experience.

it was kinda messed up that there are people out here that are allergic to cats/dogs/ etc , that doesn’t mean that you can never date or be friends with them. People have allergies to pets that like dogs/ cats but just can’t be around them. that’s part off the conversation was not invited or exclusive.

Listening to new podcast- I don’t know if you’ve never lived around people who aren’t well off enough to take care of their dogs the way they wish they could- how can you be mad at Lisa for feeding them? It was the commentary she made that was problematic but feeding dogs my dog is fat but if he wasn’t as long as he is allowed to eat it no one should care if you give good food to someone’s dog just like no one should care if you feed a hungry kid that isn’t yours. It’s not saying anything but hey I have this but you can have it instead and any dog parent who is struggling to afford food OR having a mental breakdown with dolls that you all are so quick to judge the man who saw a little girl drown I’m sure he would be thankful for someone caring about his dogs and him but instead it’s trash him trash Lisa and trash everybody. Like her feeding his dogs was a great thing and the public trying to make it otherwise is not shocking bc ppl are …. Yeah. She didn’t need to have a teenager melt down about it but her heart was in the right place and if I was going down a river and saw dogs who didn’t look fat fat fat I would go oh the hungry baby let me feed you and if anyone got mad at me we would have a huge problem in our difference of morals and what we choose to argue over bc no one is going to argue with me about wanting to feed damn dogs starvation is a huge problem and some people have never even seen considered or understood that the majority of the world IS starving. It’s all hunger games with ppl taking shots to keep of the weight of the food they ate meanwhile the majority of the world doesn’t have food. Hunger. Games.
