as soon as you said it would be the most common animal found in the US i KNEW it was going to be durant... reminded me of this one post ive seen on tumblr where someone renamed every... i think it was american baseball teams? some american sports teams for sure, to the most common animal found in each of their regions, and every single one was ants i for one will accept durant as our national pokemon. its a neat little guy :)

I dunno man, the idea behind the video is good, the delivery is good too but this has to be the most disappointing video I watched in the last 10 years. Like, you could've done so many more countries in detail and got so much more content out of it, why give up and make those extremely unsatisfactory text lists? I think you could've even made a series out of this. What a missed opportunity...

Unfortunately the rotoscoping style and method I use takes about an hour to fully animate 10 seconds. This is a good rate for animation in a vacuum but when it's one guy with a deadline of one video per month, it's a miracle I even got the video this long at all. Would have loved to do more, but i only have so many all nighters in me per month 🤷‍♂️ And I don't do video series on the same subject on principle, I think it'd be a bad habit for me to get into while still early in the channel's life Thanks for the feedback and appreciate you saying the delivery is good!

Few notes: I think Ghana should get a Pokemon themed around Anansi, since that's where it's believed the myth originated from, maybe Trinidad's national Pokemon should have something to do with their invention of the steel pan or Chubby, and Jamaica should get Grookey instead of Rillaboom because Jamaican colours.
