Weak! If you were in Neutral Route you would end up fighting a level 99 Lucifer. The one your fighting is just a level 85 lucifer. 😒

I actually went full chaos and completed the Khonsu/ Fionn / shiva quest and then got the fight. Did it at Level 150 tho. Without Demi Fiend. P.S there is no neutral route so if you are reading this go ahead and correct account temporary.

@@leosnap7831 Idiot. On Neutral there's an extra dialogue in empyrean throne where you can choose between two answers. If you have a savepoint before this dialogue you will be able to experience both Tao and Yoko path depending on your answer in just one Play through. Then afterwards the Lucifer you will fight will be at Level 99. Don't blame the game, You're just Stupid for not being able to unlock that dialogue. 😒
