Everyone I know has had problems installing an aftermarket steering wheel on the C5. The way I get worked up when shit goes south working on cars I'll probably get my mechanic to do this 😅

Yeah, it's a real pain lol You really need a good puller and impact. I went through every single type of puller that O'Reillys has for rental, and none of them would do it. There's not a lot of great spots on the factory wheel for basic pullers to grip.

i work for cadillac and when i do airbag recalls i dont do that lmao (you should after 30 secs your good ) i dont have a vette but i have saved enough now im on a hunt to find one really love yours

i understand that carbon fiber is lighter but if the car isnt used for racing of any kind i dont see a need for it and i dont understand the love everyone has for its looks

The steering wheel isn't really for weight reduction. It just looks 1,000,000x better than factory. I also don't like the look of the fake carbon fiber from Repsol or other cheaper wheels.
