JackstandJohnny massive shop: it’s actually pretty small, fits maybe 3-4 cars that can be worked on. Massive team: the “team” is him and 2 part time helpers. The sponsors: they only give discounts, most of this stuff is paid out of pocket. Anyone at this level in their sport works extremely hard.

It's actually a worse cut if you use gloves and it goes to skin on most high spinning blades, because you'd rather have a clean cut than one mixed with glove.

I have one question about your gussets and supports. Is there any maths/science behind your placement and size of the holes? I know they are for weight savings but i personally would be more worried about the stress concentrations that thies holes create especially some of the larger ones. Also, for future reference if you want it, you can weld to aluminum, as long as the thing you are welding to it is also aluminum. That sould just mean that you would have had to make that steering brace out of aluminum as well and also use a tig welder instead of mig ( better heat control)
