GIVING THE STRAW HATS POKEMON TEAMS - ONE PIECE DISCUSSIONS

Hey guys, something totally unique to the channel today, I created 10 Pokemon teams that best suited the Straw Hat pirates. Who came out with the better team ?

@@Zero0fTime I had someone else comment that as well, it’s a really great observation that went totally over my head, I was trying to be to clever with it and missed the obvious 😂 I would need someone else to replace Namis navigation though, any suggestions ?

@@jackcypher7474 Thanks for asking a cool question like that. I think Lapras would be a solid pick for Nami. Lapras in the game and anime is used a lot for sea travel. Plus Lapras would make a good replacement for Nami’s waver. Of course Luffy would be jealous.

@@Zero0fTime Lapras is a great shout especially because Lapras is one of my all time favourite water types. Like you said it’s ability to transport people makes a lot of sense for Nami. My next Pokémon video will be the Akatsuki, but do you have any other suggestions on groups you want to see ?

Jinbei could have wishiwashi, since he can call a bunch of fish (whalesharks) to him. I'd have given Brook skeledirge. And gengar would work with the shadow thing from thriller bark. Blastoise is perfect for Franky. He could use dhelmise, and I think genesect works better since it's a cyborg too. Franky could use something like Pyroar to symbolize the sunny. Robin could get intelleon if Usopp wasn't part of the team, and I'd give Robin (or Usopp) Stonjorner because of Saul, Dorry, and Broggy. Robin could have Grimsnarl as a demonic looking one, and she could also have hatterene due to its hair that's like an extra limb. For Robin's archeology, she should get unown or sigilyph. Chopper needs Pokemon like comfey and audino, and he should get one of the muskedeers- probably virision. Luvdisc is inspired. He's after the all blue, so a fish is important. He should also get veluza. And kekleon has a swirl around its eye too. Galarian zapdos has thundrous kick, so that's an option, but your pick was fine. Chesnaut works for Usopp because of his plant use and connection to Noland, but intelleon is obviously the best, unless intelleon is Blackbeard's sniper, then the plant sniper decidueye would be the perfect counter. Usopp needs shiftry because of the nose and probopass is literally just Usopp as a pokemon, but maybe Nami has it because she's so close to Usopp, since they're always together. Usopp should have gogoat to represent Merry. Ogrepon is great, but it would be better on sogeking. Nami needs the map: relicanth (or if no one else, then Robin could have it due to the ponygliphs being a map). Zoroark works especially if we look at Nami's team as reminders of her friends, with probopass being for Usopp and Zoroark for Zoro. Maybe relicanth could be for Robin, Jinbei, and Sanji all together. Thunderus should be Nami's legendary, but Rayquaza is a good pick too. No idea how you went sceptile over samerott for Zoro, but if samerott wasn't a choice, then that would be the next best. I could see Zoro's bisharp evolving into a kingambit eventually. Aegislash being the ghost sword works well since he's got the cursed swords passed down from dead swordsmen. Zacian is the Zoro Pokemon. Luffy could have Ambipom with his attacks looking like he has extra arms and its a monkey. I love doing stuff like this, so I enjoyed seeing your take on it. I think some of these could be ones that are in and out of various crew members' teams.

@@StephenMeek dude top notch comment here. You know your stuff. Brook with Skeledirge is a perfect fit, pyroar for Franky is really inspiring as well. So is shiftry for Usopp, the nose how did I miss that. Samurott for Zoro though, Jesus that one had me fuming, easily the biggest miss in the video. Sceptile also being green did help though, though I only noticed in the eleventh hour 😂 anyway thanks so much for the comment man, who would you want me to try next ?

@@jackcypher7474 The akatsuki would be fun. If you've seen MHA, Class A would be a popular one, though it'd be big, so maybe two videos. And the Hashiras would be cool to see as well.

@@StephenMeek I’ve watched all of them and would be more then happy to do videos on them all. I think I’ll do the Akatsuki first, that one would be incredibly fun to do. So make sure to keep an eye out for it 👍
