10:01 THIS IS PERFECT FOR MY BOOK The book is called ‘Distort’ And basically there is this race of people, human-like people called Universal-Travelers. And basically the main character is considered an Underdog. And an Underdog is basically a Universal-Traveler that has disorders like Autism or OCD and BPD, so they are considered unreliable. The main character has sever autism, because most Universal-Travelers don’t know how to read or write, and the main character is obsessed with *Oliver Kitteridge* and *Olive, again*, which are real books by Elizabeth Strout. Anyways, the main character is not native to The Milky Way, they native to another universe designation. They also are Diaspora, they were born in Andromeda, yet they were raised in The Milky Way, this makes them insecure and timid around others. Because the place they were born in wasn’t an actual True-Location, it was a census-designated place, which basically makes them a Stillborn, which are non-native born people. And they just discover that there is a pandemic, and very early on they get it. My idea is something like Anthrax, but it instead tears away your skin like paper and turns it into it. Currently I’m five pages into this, and I’m hoping they accept 14 year olds at publishing companies.

I appreciate you making this and so many authors sharing their ideas. I used to think sharing ideas were bad cause stealing or taking away someone else's idea or the pressure to be original. I felt like a fraud. Though through research I found the "hermit lone wolf genius" stereotype for writers or creatives in general are not entirely true. Writers back then would help each other come up with plots or solve problems. thinking your story is original just seems like unattainable ideal and isn't the reality.

15:17 If anyone is interested in a book set during the Gold Rush in California, Isabelle Allende's book 'Daughter of Fortune' is partially set during that time. I found it really effective in transporting you to that era! It was published back in 2000, so it might be a little dated. One of the main characters is also Chinese, but since I'm not Chinese idk how well that aspect is handled in the book.

Lots of fun ideas here. Interesting that you basically came up with the plot for Infinity War/Endgame before the term "MCU" was even really a thing yet. I agree that the California Gold Rush idea seems particularly interesting. But it's definitely one of those topics that will make you get very upset at the world when you do research for it. I took a course on "Asian American History" in university a few years ago as a general elective, and we covered that time period pretty extensively. There was a pretty common sentiment among people who took the course which was "Wow, I knew things were rough, but I had no idea it was _this_ bad." But anyway, on a lighter note, this video reminded me of a story idea that I came up with in middle school. I wish I could read it, but it's on a old computer that I'm not even sure is at my parent's house anymore (and even then, I'm not sure if I wrote it before or after I had to wipe my hard drive after getting it infected with viruses from illegally downloading music/video games. 😵‍💫) But basically it took place years into the future. The Earth was in an extreme glacial period. And the main character (a boy somewhere between 12-16) was supposed to find out that this glacial period was artificially created, and he had to put a stop to it. I'm picturing something like a mixture of the video games Fall Out and Horizon Zero Dawn (which definitely was not out yet). I think I titled it something like "Forever Winter." Would like to revisit that idea at some point with a slightly more refined premise and an older protagonist.

A princess is falls in love with a boy that is cursed to become a statue at night. To split them apart the princess ends up becoming cursed as well but to she becomes a statue during the day. Time passes and eventually the couple amongst others are now within a mall with the princess's curse causing her to now become a mannequin during the day instead with curse itself being tied to where her castle was located. On the spot where it was located in the present day is a mall where the princess is now just mannequin that is used in the various stores where no one knows where or how she got there. Staff members of the mall are the those cursed to become statues at night with the boy being the one the wants to look after the princess

She sat upright on her bed, her emerald green eyes, yet adjusting, to the grim twilight, of midnight, that was filtering in, through the slight gap, between the curtains. She felt her spiritly instincts take over, as she kept overthinking, this reoccurring nightmare. This was a new experience for her, but really, who in their sane mind, would have such a nightmare, and why today? Each moment passing by felt a little more intense as if it were her senses warning herself. She didn’t feel like sleeping again, at least, not this late into the night. about the deal with the devil? i have another idea. i'm thinking of.. this dude (he protag) is kinda unlucky. like literally unlucky. one day, dude got chased by his bullies that he ran inside a gloomy forest that's behind the school. ended up finding a shrine so he prayed. little that he know he was praying to some idk devil?? some spirit and it was like. "oh god i hate my life why am i so unlucky" blah blah blah. then the devil dude (idk but this idea is based on some japanese myth stories yes) came to life after thousands of years not getting worshipped. the devil dude accepts the unlucky boy's prayer/wish and the boy was super lucky. in exchange, the others will get unlucky (it's like you reverse the luck). everything gets a lil creepier. and he realised that his luck is cursed blah blah blah your ending i feel a lil motivated to write this story on wattpad lmfao

i absolutely love the clone idea and totally need a clone story based of it in my life. i cant wait to start working on this prompt. idk why but i feel the need to write blurbs about things all the time. maybe it's that it helps me collect my scattered thoughts into the focal point of what makes me want to write a story in the first place or maybe just as blurbs makes readers excited for the story ahead blurbs make me as a writer excited to. one is like watching the sea and the other is breathing it in as if it is life. anyways here's the rough draft of the blurb: In their journey to find their own identities they find each other, two people who share the same memories, to people who are impossibly the same. two people who find that the lines between who one is and who the other is are seeming to blur. This impossible sameness brings them together in a closeness they have never felt before and yet they have never been more alone in their entire lives. This leads them spiraling and searching for one answer. If you are me than who am I?

I have a little sci fi idea now! Here's the idea so far (And this way different on what you said though Bloody kiss for some reason lead me to invisible predators? *Which the predators are alien species in the predator movies*) The idea is called project cloak: There are 3 predators (That didn't follow the honor code and they became Bad bloods) There are 2 males and 1 female and they're half siblings, and the female is the size of the males which happened because of to much testrone. The military is trying to discover xenomorphs see if they're on planet Earth and making sure to get rid of any xenomorphs because they're parasites, not realizing there are predators out there trying to kill them.... That's what I have so far, I'm going to be writing it now!

U can make the sister of similar age n they hate each other for their opposite personality. U can bring some character development n bring the sister closer as they start to open up with each other. N they both use their different quality to help them to go in a safe zone n be safe. 2. U can make the sister super close to each other at starring n then make the sister at the verge of death but saved by the main cast. They make to the safe area. N then the plot Twit at end that the sister was dead already n the main character was just imagining thing n had a mental disorder. N make sure that u focus on the character development of sister n the main cast so that the audience feel connected with the character n make sure that u scater the clues all over the story. Not make them obvious n make sure that no one thought that this detail is imp. N at the end it should be a aahhh moment at end 3 u can make like that ur( main character )at the beach then u fell something is wrong there so u take here u realise its going to be a tsunami here. So u warn ur family and other people at the beach. U lead the the crowd for survival n at last very near for being alive. But then u make a selfless decision to sacrifice ur self so that other people survive. In the way u may lose ur sister. Make sure u do proper reasearch about tsunami n accident that happened to the people in real life. It's my idea for my first book. I had my own idea i wanted to write long time ago but never really managed to. I might get around to write this someday but please use this, regardless. Prompt: a world famous actress has a daughter that she hides from the world. she keeps her hidden in a magical room and doesn't ever want to let her go, telling the daughter many excuses. But the daughter makes an attempt to leave after turning thirteen and discovers the real reason why her mother hid her from the world was because she made a deal with the devil to be rich and famous and in exchange, ths devil asked for her firstborn. But she couldn't let her daughter go and decided to hide her existence all together. None of that matters now because right as the girl goes out into the real world, the devil has seen her and knows that shes the firstborn he was promised.
