How do you get back into the underground change after you beat that mission? I have to get 13-15 yet. Thanks.

there is an entrance to the underground near the bottom of the Great Pyramid, go stand next to the Pyramid and look for a hole to crouch into near the left, you had to break a wall to get into the underground cave system.

How do you exit the underground cave after the last relic?

Go back the way you came...towards the end you'll see a ledge on the left side that you can grab...

@@thegamerpillar That doesnt help, walk from the fast travel point to where youre supposed to go. Cutting to the cave doesnt actually help us get to the cave

I seem to have the same problem: the ancient upstairs door at the end of the dark cave is closed and can't be opened and if I backtrack through the cave, I am not able to exit through the whole I climbed through to enter the big cave. Am I missing something?
