It matters which port on the master is used. Check their instructions. Should be front port to rear brakes, middle port to front drivers side, back port to front passenger. I had it connected incorrectly and although my brakes worked, it didn't function like it was supposed to. Hope this saves you time and hassle I had to go through by incorrectly installing them. Also make sure to bench bleed the master. It'll help get all air bubbles out easier.

Quick question, did the bay lines thread all the way in with the caliper lines? Much appreciated In advance.

no they dont thread all the way down just get them tight and you should be ok
