I love spinning attacks and i think it’s from my karate training as a teenager and in my early twenties we practiced katas and two person drills, thnx Sensei

Well, I've had a number of different teachers that have emphasized different (but complimentary) aspects of karate (and other martial arts). So yes, I owe a lot to my teachers; however, I would say that if everything I now know is from my teachers then they did not do a very good job of teaching me :-).
