Gktech V2 High Clearance Lower Control Arms - Install

The GKTECH V2 High Clearance LCA's are designed as a direct replacement for an OEM style LCA but with adjustment and loads of tie rod clearance!
Our Budget LCA's are great for someone that already has caster rods or wants caster rods as a separate piece. Even with the addition of our V4 high clearance caster rods, the cost of going this route is around 25% cheaper.
The arms offer 25mm of adjustment, will support 70+ degrees of steering lock, you can still run an OEM style swaybar and a lock stop has also been incorporated into the design.
They are also based on CMM data, are CAD designed, FEA tested, have CNC machined ends and the main body is laser cut and CNC machined 16mm thick chromoly steel for maximum strength. To finish the arms off they're E-coated (aka electrophoresis coating) for rust prevention and we're exclusively using Teflon lined bearings with dust covers for increased longevity.
- Direct replacement of the OEM LCA
- Feature 5/8" Teflon lined sphericals (inner) which eliminates the flex found in factory rubber bushing offering a more direct and predictable feel.
- Laser cut and CNC machined from 16mm thick 4130 Chromoly sheet.
- CMM measured, CAD designed, FEA tested and CNC machined.
- Choose between 3 different lengths;
0 to +25mm
+20 to +45mm
+40 to +65mm
NOTE #1: The 0 to +25mm are based off S13 lower control arms, meaning at their shortest they are OEM to S13 lower control arms, if you are fitting these on an S14/S15 the specs will be -9mm to +16mm from OEM.
The +20 to +45mm or the +40 to +65mm are based off S14/S15 lower control arms, so if you are running these on an S13 they will be 9mm longer.
NOTE #2: All the lca's have the tension rod in OEM position, to counteract the 25mm adjustment for each length of LCA one of the mounting holes has been elongated.

An OEM style ball joint is to be used, you can either use your original ball joint or purchase new ones which we do sell, please see the following fitment guide:

The V2 High clearance lower control arms have been designed off OEM and the ball joints we supply, which can be seen above. They are an aftermarket OEM replacement however, we cannot confirm other branded OEM replacement ball joints O.D matches the V2 High clearance LCA's that we sell.

Do the front LCAs come with longer bolts for the caster arms? I’m running new spl caster arms and due to the extra thickness of the LCA you need new bolts for the caster arms. Just don’t want to source the proper bolts if I don’t need to.

They do come with OEM sized hardware, as you can imagine we cannot compensate for other brands, but you can source longer bolts locally from any bolt/ hardware store as they are a common size.

I asked the same question on their site but I assume 0>+25. ConceptZ said the next one up has too much camber to run oem spec camber but they don't sell the 0 degree one for some reason
