A reciprocating saw is gonna do me justice on this one, I can barely move the outer shell even with the tool. My 04 is fighting for its life to hold onto it

I had to force mine out and actually got stuck in the receiving cup now I can't get it out..

Why is it so hard for me to remove my outer shell and yes the tool is well aligned

@@itzceez8959 yes i got it. I used a breaker bar and legs to keep spinning it off lol

This video makes the sleeve removal look as easy as wiping my ass. In real life that thing is stuck in there like a stage 5 clinger.

@@fullymental307 I feel your pain. I used a hand chisel and hammer on one side then went out the other side and met in the middle. Air hammer would have been great lol

@@amandabradshaw8372 I'd kill for a air chisel right now. Everything thing is closed. Out here with a 1lb hammer and dream. Sure would be a shame if it were to randomly catch on fire 😅

Great conent as always boys. I have your. solid diff bushings and stock motor mounts. I tried a hardrace rubber trans mount and it was unusable with severe nvh. Do you think switching the diff to PU would noticably improve the NVH so I can re do the trans mount with PU?

They need to make one for the LCA's! I've been trying to remove and install them for the past 2 days and its so infuriating without a press haha

Yea because everyone’s G is that clean underneath. If you have slight corrosion on your underbody, GOOD LUCK using this tool.
